EIFS and stucco can and should be painted every so often to maintain the integrity of the finish and its brilliant appearance. Dryvit offers us a wide variety of paints, such as Demandit, Weatherlastic elastomeric, and HDP Hydrophobic paints.  These are the preferred coatings used to paint these surfaces. In some cases the finish may need coated with these materials to ensure that the system maintains sealed and protected.  It may also be necessary to remove and prevent staining. All  Dryvit paints have mold and mildew resistive qualities.  Many homes can be updated with a simple change of color.
